Although this is a shaving cream page, I have a couple of questions about waxing and sugaring.

Approximately how long does it take to wax?

Where is a good place to buy it and the best brands?

Do those Nair creams and things work? If they do, how well do they work and how long is it before the hair starts to grow back?

Has anyone tried the new Veet hair removal mousse?
If you have, does it do all it says?

With these questions can you please give me price ranges an d where you can get them please. I live in Ontario, Canada so can you tell me the prices, is it American or whatever so that I can check the exchange rate?

ughhh omg i hate nair its the worst!!!!!! its sooo messy and it dosent even remove all the hair plus it STINKS! i would definetly not recommand any type of cream! whats wrong with shaving?? It dosent hurt, dosent smell, and it lasts!!! + its not expensive!!

hi girl...well nair worked GREAT for me! wonderfull...on my legs! thats the only place i tried it! ALSO it says rinse of with warm water....dont! i just got a towel got it alll wet in warm water and WIPED of the hair...in the opposite direction its growing! O and it lasts about 4-5 days and comes out less notaciblY! so u dont HAVE to shave as often! Good luck!

yea i never liked those nair and depilitory creams they never work n stuff...n they burn like hell i think im going to go with the wax for now. The new veet wax aqua system thing.

Considerin i live around the same place as you...i think i can you out! Nair - it never worked on me.....i've tried everyone (fine hair, thick hair) it doesn't work on me....may work on u, but there's a chance that it wouldn't...it last about 2 - 3 days....3 days if ur lucky! It cost about $3 - $7 depending on if its with a "bargin pack" Hot & Cold Wax - It hurts like a b*tch! I suggest that you don't use it on ur face just in case you burn urself...and it could scar.....i got burnt, got it done @ a salon, and there's a faint scar! The cost ranges from $6 - $40 depending on the body area and other labour. It can last from 2 weeks - 4 weeks String - They use sting to pull out the hair. U can get this done at a salon. It last for about 1 - 3 weeks. The cost can range from $4 - $25 depending on the body area and other labour! Sprays - I've never tried the sprays but i heard it is exactly like nair, it only works on some ppl, and it last for about 1 weeks or less! Hope this has ed!

The only question I can answer is YES the nair cream does work but it only lasts for about 2-4 days but if you use it a lot then your hair becomes thinner and grows less. But I have no idea if it actually stops....probably not.
