~*~*Smelly~*~*
Sometimes I get razor burns under my pits and I have no idea what to do! What in the world smells great like perfume and helps with razor burns? I have had all those deodorants but they always wear off in the middle of the day! What should I do? I hate smelling like, well you know that awful sweaty smell and you try to keep your pits closed all day but its to hard! What about sleeveless shirts? If you don't have tha t deodorant that goes on clear its all white and it wipes off on your shirt, you know what I mean! I can't stand people telling you that you smell! And then the guys steer clear of you too. Can anybody help me?

Hey! What's up? How are you? I was just wondering if you found anything that works??

Hey!!!!!! What's up???? I used to have the same problem!!!! Except it probably took a shorter time for me to get b.o. I put up with it for about a year, it was terrible!!!!!!!!!! (See I used to be fine, but then one day I switched deodorants and used it after Gym and later I realized I had b.o. and became kinda paranoid after that and I would smell it during the day and it was AWWWWWFUUUUUU  UULLLLL  LLL!!!!!!!!!!!) (I was so afraid I smelled and started to dislike very much going into social situations especially school!!!) Anyway, I finally couldn't take it anymore and talked to my Mom and she took me to the doctor and they prescribed me Drysol, well actually I got a medication that was like Drysol, but not exactly. Anyway, it works SOOOOOOOOOOOO  OOOOOOOOOOOOO good!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not get b.o. any more when I use it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually, there have been a couple times when I've used it and I think I have b.o., but I'm not sure if I was imagining it, I thought I really smelled it. Anyway, what I did before and what I'm doing now, is I ask one of my Best Friends if I smell, and she'll tell me if I do or not. We have this little sign that I've told her to use if I smell. I would want her to tell me rather than someone else like my crush or something!!!!!!! So I'm much more confident, I still worry about it just because now, but I think I'm on the road to healing!!! So I would work up the nerve to tell someone in your family who can take you to the doctor and such and tell them about your problem. When I talked to my Mom, I said something like, "Mom......I can't find a deodorant that works for me," etc. etc. It was a little hard but it was DEFINITELYYYYYYYYYYYYYY worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have the exact same problem. it is so weird. i don't really sweat that much but the b.o. is awful. i have honestly used every type of deodorant you can get at the store. it really sucks. it only takes like fifteen minutes for me to smell like i just ran a marathon or something. does anyone have any suggestions on odor control.

Dove didn't work for me, and Crystal Clean doesn't hurt me unless I apply it very often.

use dove. its great. crystal clean is bad. i tried it and it made my armpits sting

P.S. I'm gonna try a couple more deodorants though, Crystal Clean worked the best for me, but I have to reapply it a lot. Try the Crystal Clean one and tell me how it goes. Just in case you're wondering its Crystal Clean by Lady Speed Stick by Mennen in the scent- Softly Scented (last time I got it it was pink). Also, you could try using something such as baking soda or talcum powder which I think is supposed to keep you dryer or something. But be careful if you use baking soda. I rubbed it in a lot, and my armpits got really sore and dry and red, and had like lines on them or something, I messed them up, but I think they're starting to return to normal.

Well, it's me again, they said I'd just have to go see a dermatologist in person. Good luck!

Well, I got the Almay Solid Stick Unscented and it didn't work for me. My armpits smelled a LITTLE like b.o. but the underarm area of my shirt smelled really bad!!!!!! I put it on, and then played a video game and I got a little sweaty in my underarms, and not even an hour after I had put it on, both underarm areas of my shirt smelled really bad (b.o.). It did prevent me from sweating in my underarms pretty good though. So I told the online dermatologists I was talking to and one fowarded my "case" to the other and he's going to get back to me so I'll post what he tells me when I get the e-mail!! Good luck!

Oh yes, and I also agree with the person below me about using shaving cream and a good razor. Right now I'm using Skintimate Moisturizing Shave Gel for Sensitive Skin with Aloe. (New! Great Scent) That's what it says! :) I also use the blue Gillette razor that has a green grip thing, and it has one of those aloe strips too. I really like those!!!!!! ^_^ Some people don't though. Anyway, what works for me might not work at all for you. Well, good luck with whatever you chose, and I hope you find something that works!!!! P.S. I will be getting the Almay Solid Stick (Unscented) today!

I'm also having trouble finding a good deodorant for my...b.o. That's what happened with you too right? I talked to two different dermatologists online and they both recommended Almay Wide Solid Stick (Unscented). I can't find the wide but I have found it in the Solid Unscented Stick. I'm hopefully going to get it tomorrow and will post if it works on Sunday or Monday. Good luck, I know how terrible it is!!!

Why don't you just use shaving cream and a good razor to shave your pits? Then you don't get razor burn...
