Itchy
Hey girls, I know this is sort of a girl page but I respect girls for what they put up from guys so just hear me out.
I hate pubic hair! I don't have a speck on me, except downstairs (until last night).
I shaved because it's my girlfriend's birthday and it's one of her biggest fantasies but I've got this killer itch now. Is there any way I can get rid of the hair without shaving? I waxed (one strip) but being a guy I couldn't bear the pain so I stopped and shaved the rest. There's no stubble or anything but it's really itchy.

Please help
Thanks heaps
Dave

Wow Dave, I bet your GF was surprised. Did she like it? My BF and I are both shaved down there and we both :) the look and feel. Keep shaving and your skin will get used to it just like your face.

wow man I totally respect you for shaving down under, my *lawn* is compleatly mowed for my bf and it's kinda cool to see that a guy would do it for his gf if it ment that much to her. Love -+>Elle

I'm a guy too and I've shaved my pubes once and it just takes time for the itch to go away. I think for me the itchyness lasted for 3 days to a week. Maybe next time you can try Nad's for Men or some like that.

hahaha, what you did was very sweet. i think we should all force guys to shave so they can go thru the pain!!!

Yea, I've been through this so I know it sucks! We'll, there is something you can do, you have to go to the store and buy and anti-itch cream, either that or a cream for scrapes and burns. They do have specal lotions, one is called "Bikinni Zone".. it just gets all the problems: itch, pinkness, ingrown hairs, etc. Just make sure you put these on as soon as you're done shaving, and any time after according to the directions. Hope I helped!!

If you use a new razor you wont get as much of a rash

Do you have sensitive skin? If not you might wantto try a dipilitory cream. You put it on the area to dissolve hair and it washes off (do it in th shower) They have Nair for sensitive skin. Now as for the rash.... Try using aloe vera (it will soothe the itch) or try penatene (a baby cream that comes in a round flat jar)

It will go away in time, just got to give your pubes time to adjust! Once they get used to it just keep them clean. I shave mine at least every other day and have no stubble, itch or problems at all
