Put Your Feet Up
I love a good Pedicure and you can have one at home for a fraction of the price at a salon. First, set a side about an hour or so. This process takes time. Also, the day before you do your pedicure you should gather up a few things you'll need. 1)nail clippers 2)nail file 3)nail brush 4)cuticle pusher 5)bath salts, or epsom salt 6)scented oil, or olive oil 7)foot scrub (i like one made from sugar and honey) 8)pumice stone or foot file 9)cuticle oil 10)buffing creme and buffer 11)heavy lotion 12)base coat, color, top coat and remover
Run hot water in to a tub. Disolve salts and add oil to soften water. Remove any polish from nails.Soak feet for at least ten minutes. Use nail brush to scrub feet and clean nails. Use a foot scrub to loosen rough calloused skin. Now use pumice stone or foot file to remove rough dead skin.Wash and rinse feet thuroughly. Dry feet. Clip nails and file them into a suitable shape. Apply a dab of oil to cuticles and massage each one.Use orange stick to push them back. Wipe excess oil off nail and apply a dab of buffing creme to each. Rub creme over nail bed then smooth with a buffer.Wash feet again to remove oils from nail bed. While still wet apply a heavy cream lotion to feet massaging it in. Now apply a base coat tonails. Follow with to coats of color, the a shining top coat. There you go, beautiful feet and you feel relaxed all over.
