Dry Skin in the Winter
For some reason I only ever get dry skin on my hands during the winter. My hands are sort of rough as it is because I do a lot of handy work and also bite my nails, so they're not typical female hands which is what I would like to achieve. What do you guys recommend for super dry hands, without being too expensive of course? :) I have used Vaseline but that's too oily, and I have used Cocoa Butter by Ewedis but that's too oily. So maybe something that isn't too oily but restores moisture for a long period of time? Thanks a lot!
