What Really Works...
All these people spend so much money on cleansers and creams. You have to actually look at what bad skin really is; skin being one of the largest organs of your body that gets rid of waste. It's what you're putting into your body that's the problem, not finding the right thing to get rid of it. Eat healthy, cut down on the fatty and processed foods, bad diet, and too much soda! Sure, you get bad skin from it being dirty, but I cannot stress enough how all the crappy food people eat is the key to most ailments. Drink plenty of water, stay away from deep fried crap, eat your veggies and fruits, and you will be happy with your skin.

well eating a good diet and exerise and having proper skincare does help, but most acne suffers have a sebaceous gland disorder or kertinization problem. this means that they have overactive sweat glands and they have a high cell turnover rate, which is good but when u have a lot of oil buildup that oil binds thoughs dead cells together and therefore clogg the pores, the best way is to exfoliate and get chemical peels done, i am a medical esthetician and ive seen my acne clients get great results from weekly or monthly chemical peels and using proper skincare. if anyone has any skincare questions just ask me!

That is true... this will help.. but it doesnt get rid of all problems.. I exercise regularly... eat only healthy foods.. drink purified water or vitamin water.. I dont like fried foods or junk food at all.. but I still get problems with my skin suck as blackheads and excessive dry skin... the dry skin is most likely caused from all the cleaning products that I use... as far as things like pimples yeah.. i dont get them.. but It wont solve all your problems
