How Good is Make-up?
I am testing out different styles of make-up on my skin and not any of them seem to work .:( The make-up just seems to make me look worse. :'( Then my best friend wears make-up and it looks perfect, it's so annoying and I don't know what to do about it. :( If you have any tips on what make-up to use please tell me.

I am blonde, blue/grey eyes, beige skin if any of that helps. Write down where I can get it because I don't want to go to all the shops lol. Anyway please help me, I'm desperate lol.

You dont need expensive products to look good.. if u get blotches and pimples use a light liquid foundation like cover girl trueblend.. it will match ur skin color exactly... and you dont really need to use a powder over because it will dry like one.. ONLY use blush if ur cheek bones dont show that well and choose a shade a few shade darker then ur coverup.. use a wide brush about 1-1.5".. swipe the blush.. blow on the tip of the brush to avoid the blush going on thick... then start about an inch from the end of ur mouth and brush up... u dont want to be able to see the blush.. but want the effect of making ur face thinner and cheek bones show more... for eyes u can do many things.. my fav is.... 1)take black eye liner and dot between ur eyelashes on the bottem.. it will make ur lashes appear thicker with out it being obvious ur wearing make up... then choose ur color for eye shadow.. for blue eyes i would go with purple or grey like stated below.. get eyeshadow that comes as a three set... using a brush 1/4" thich works better then an applicator... first put on the middle shade on ur eye lid... then the lighest shade will go above the crease in ur lid up to ur eyebrow(lightly) then take that darkest color and go over the crease.. some eyeshadows will have directions how to do this... last would be mascara... its important to not use a really thick mascara or brush... covergirl volue exact is a great mascara... hold the mascara brush still and blink... brushing ur eyelashes can cause the mascara to go on too thick... then only do the tips of ur bottem lashes if u feel needed.. not much though... last would be the lips.. avoid using eyeliner... instead find a lip gloss that fits ur skin and hair.. for blue eyes blond hair a light pink would work.. and there u go.. u did ur make up.. trust me it should take u less time then it did to read this

I suggest using Mary Kay products. They're expensive but worth it.

some people look better w/o makeup, but i dont know if your one of them becuase i dont know what you look like. It takes time and practice to learn how to do our makeup, you have to learn what colors are good for your skin. But to start off just put on BLACK eyeliner and BLACK mascara, i think that looks good on eyeryone and it matches everything! good luck.

for foundation i would try just tinted moisturizer from neutrogena or something thats what i use and i :) it. and it all depends how much you are willing to spend on makeup cuz i think sephora has awesome makeup but they are a little pricy. taupe, gray, violet, purple look great with blue eyes

Whatever make up you try, i would suggest you to keep it minimal. Too much make up isnt really good...
