Waterproof Eyeliner

I need some help finding some waterproof eyeliner. I have found some waterproof eyeliner in NYC, but I am not sure that it will work because I have some waterproof mascara in NYC, but it is not really waterproof. I have been looking at Wal*Mart but cannot find any. I only want to spend about five or six dollars. I have looked at Jane, Mary-Kate and Ashley, Revlon, Maybelline, Almay, Bon Bell and CoverGirl. I know Avon has had some waterproof eyeliner, but lately I cannot find any in the books. I am looking for some fun bright, fun summery colors like blue, pink, green, and black or brown. Can anyone help me?

if the problem is that you don't want your eyeliner to run, try a pencil instead of liquid eyeliner. I play soccer and I use that when I play because instead of sweating it off into streaks, it just stays / rubs of a little. If you still see streaks it's probably beacause of your mascara. maybelline new york has waterproof eyeliner that only costs 5 or 6 dollars
