Notice Your Skin Declining Since Make-up?
Applying make-up daily on your skin doesn't HAVE to ruin it. I've read posts of ladies talking about how horrible their skin is since they began using make-up. If you're a female and you're old enough to think of wearing make-up and applying it, simply educate yourself.

With wearing make-up comes a few more chores for yourself that - yes, you may not want to take the time to do - but if you want your cake and to eat it too, you'll have to. Learn to wash your face with facial cleanser best suited for your skin type. Choose a moisturizer for your skin type. Learn to moisturize DAILY. Learn to wash your face DAILY. Buy make-up brushes, and wash those brushes DAILY. Learn to not contaminate your make-up by dipping your fingers (oils/bacteria) into your eyeshadows, or lipsticks, etc. It's simple things like this that causes bad skin. The best skin I have ever seen has been owned by make-up artists, who, wear cosmetics daily for years. Simply take care of your items, and they'll take care of you back.

Make-up causes bad skin when the owner neglects to take care of it - it's not the make-up.

The question is: Do we really need to use all this stuff on our faces or is a good wash with soap okay.

Not everyone needs make-up. I just use lipstick and eyeshadow. Some of my friends just use a masscara.
