How to do smokey eyes in 15 minutes
Smoky Eyes A beauty how-to What you need:
-Eye primer -Eye liner -Dark eye shadow (don't be afraid to use colors aside from just black and brown; just make sure they are rich hues) -Light, neutral eye shadow -Mascara
Start by prepping your eyelids with an eye primer. Smooth the primer over your lids to provide a base for your eye shadow.
Take dark, rich hued eyeliner and line both your upper and lower lashes. The upper line should extend from the innermost point to the outermost point of your eye. Use your fingers or a q-tip to smudge both lines after application Use your dark eye shadow first on your lids. Apply the color from your lash line to the crease of your eyelid and blend the line. For extra long wear, use a cream eye shadow first then put a layer of powder eye shadow on top.
After applying the dark shadow, use the light, neutral tone from the crease to the brow bone. Remember to blend the colors together so you don't have a line between the two different shades.
Finally put on two or three coats of mascara to plump up your eyelashes. One way to achieve big lashes is to use volumizing mascara, then follow it up with a lengthening mascara.
Keep the rest of your make up simple, and with those five simple steps, your eyes will be head turning next time you step out.
