My friend and I have been wanting to try Nair for a while now, but we're still sort of unsure about it. I've heard people say that similar products burn your legs and give you bumps...
if any one has used Nair, Please tell me how it worked for you!

I've used it, and it does work. Just make sure you leave it on for the lowest amount of time possible. I don't think Nair is really worth it though, because it does not last that much longer than shaving.

I agree, it definitely smells 'horrible.' Yuckies! But it does remove hair and if you leave it on too long (AKA 7 minutes or more) you'll get a rash and it ITCHES like heck!

I didn't work for me. I used the whole bottle on my legs for about 10 minutes and it didn't take any hairs off. It just gave me a rash and made my legs smell like sh*t.

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend Nair either, it doesn't work very well plus has a high rate of allergic reactions. If you still want to try a shaving alternative, though, I recommend Veet Rasera bladeless razor kit (I use the blue one with aloe vera). It takes it all off in 3 minutes, leaves the skin feeling awesome, and is pretty gentle. It's a little expensive, though, so keep an eye out for coupons, sales, and other discounts if you plan on using it often. I have really thin skin on my legs, so I try to avoid using a razor on them.

Also, if you get Veet, don't use it on your armpits or you can't use deodorant until the next day.

I think Nair works for some but not for others. For me, it didn't work, however Veet did work for me. I think the reason why Veet worked for me was because of the bladeless tool. With Nair you don't get a tool.

Uh. Nair has given me a bunch of bumps and made me break out a few times. The feeling of having to itch my skin every ten seconds was not at all.
